What foods/drinks have high calories, but low saturated fat?

I want to put on weight, but I have high cholesterol. Are there any foods or drinks that I can take that will have high amounts of calories but are low in saturated fats? I’ve tried the shakes from GNC and nutrition stores like that and they made me sick.

    How to Lose Weight

    Avocados and foods like that that have ‘good’ fats like polyunsaturated and monounsaturated fats and not saturated animal fats.
