WHy does almost everything have saturated fat and msg in it?

It pisses me off almost everything in my cupboard and fridge have either saturated fat or msg even something so simple as salad dressing? Are these people slowly plotting to kill us?

    Well it’s not all about that. It’s not as dangerous as they say or they couldn’t sell it. A lot of that is propaganda. MSG’s and Saturated fats are put in food to give it a different, more natural taste, even though it’s been sitting for a while and has been processed. MSG also helps curb your appetite. Buffets use tons of it so you won’t eat so much.

    Losing weight without starving yourself

    Saturated fats keep and preserve your processed foods much longer and keep them soft. This is why things like twinkies, cupcakes and pastries can be left out in the open air for days and still be just as soft as the day they were made.
