    have you ever tried the slim fast thing? go to their website and set up a profile (P.S they don’t send any junk mail) they will give you a daily menu that has you eating 5 to 6 times a day and they also will give you a print out list to take with you shopping so you don’t get anything you don’t need! its good and it keeps you full all day! also they have neat things like a weight tracker that tells you how much weight you have to left to loose and how much you have lost! its great check it out!!

    Eat six small meals a day. Space them out so you are never hungry. Don’t make any one of the meals very big. The goal is to shrink your stomach size so you can’t eat a lot at one sitting.

    And if you need more food after a meal wait twenty minutes to see if you are still hungry before eating a snack.

    There are three every important concepts here. First you can do this forever, it isn’t a diet, it is a lifestyle change that will keep you thin. Second your stomach size determines what you are capable of eating without throwing up at a sitting of a meal. However you won’t ever feel fully until 10 to 20 minutes after you start eating, now matter if you eat enough to cause you to throw up or not.
