Need help with a diet and exercise plan to be able to lose 20lbs from now till xmas?

I’m 29 and 5′1 and I weigh 190lbs. My goal is to be able to go down to at least 170lbs or less than that from now till xmas. I have already began eating more healthier, I have stopped eating candies, fried food, sodas, bread, tortillas. But I havent began exercising. I have a stationary bike at home and was wondering if that is a good exercise and how long I would have to be on it everyday to get some results?? I have a big butt and thighs and would like to either tone them up. I’m not good at counting calories so would like a diet and exercise plan easy to keep up with. I will be moving into apt in about 2wks that has gym so would like to know of any ideas to do right now at home as far as exercise goes to help me out. Any other diet and exercise tips will be greatly appreciated. Do you think its possible to lose that weight and be able to reach my goal??? Any other good diets or exercises please let me know??? Thank You

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

    if you aim for 1-2 lbs a week, it is possible to reach your target weight.

    1) Eat more steam food, lean meat, lean protein, vegies and fruits

    2) Cut out the junk food, soda drinks and snacks. Get rid of the junk food from the cupboards! Eat cashew / almond nuts instead.

    3) drink plenty of water / green tea

    4) Exercise – look at combining weights and cardio into your program. you can look at alternating upper and lower body exercises without rest, say bicep curls, then lunges , rest and repeat. With cardio, try sprinting 100m, jog 100m and repeat.

    8) form a support group. Make yourself accountable to someone like your parents/relatives/friends/partners. Best yet, get them to participate in a healthy lifestyle.
