how can i starve myself. i fave tried diets online but it all costs money i dont have any. im starving myself?

    Exercise and Weight Loss

    When you stop eating, your body goes into starvation mode and triggers itself to convert food to fat as a survival technique. So, when you start to eat regularly again you’ll gain weight.

    Lower calories (of healthy food) and increased exercise are what will make you lose weight.

    if you starve yourself to lose weight, you will gain even more weight than you were before when you start to eat again. That is not a good or healthy way. So if you dont want to be bigger than you are now, dont do that. Just eat healthy smaller more frequent meals. 6 small healthy meals a day is good.

    All thats going to happen if you starve yourself is your body will store more fat when it gets some. This is because it knows it is starving and will try to compensate for it. What you need is lower fat meals and more excercise. Then your body won’t think it is starving, but will burn the calories quicker, raising your metabolism and thus losing pounds and inches.

    “DO NOT STARVE YOURSELF!! What I think is best, is excercise until you are exhausted then sleep. When you wake up, you should be starving: Eat healthy foods such as fruit and veggies. Don’t fry them or add fatty condiments. Continue this process and you’ll see results. I did then once and lost 10lbs without meaning too. Also, if you loose fat too quickly, you may get stretch marks. By cocoa butter to get rid of them.” ^^

    You may be putting unrealistic expectations on yourself. Fad Diets may or may not work for any certain person – this is why it’s best to stick with common sense eating habits. Work off more than you take in and you will lose weight. It’s that easy.

    If you can’t afford to buy a diet or nutrition book, go to your library and check one out. Or, do more research online and utilize a food and exercise journal like the one I’ve linked to below. You may not think you are overeating, but you most likely are – especially if you aren’t partaking in physical exercise. You’d be amazed at how quickly a hamburger here, a soda there, a bag of potato chips here, a candy bar there, extra salad dressing here, an extra slice of cheese there, adds up. Be honest with yourself when tracking what you are eating – meaning don’t put down 1 Tbsp or Ice Cream when you know you ate a pint. And if you screw up one day, don’t give up! Start again tomorrow!     if you want to be fatter later then dont eat.Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu’s even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :) P.S. If you are one of those people that says i dont have time to eat 6 meals a day, guess what you can buy a meal replacement shake to make up for meals that you can eat. You can get them at GNC or natural food stores. No excuse! Get yourself in shape!

    don’t starve ur self!
    just eat healthy and run and walk and all that stuff.
    just don’t overdo it or you’ll have another question–how to get out of an eating disorder.
