How to gain weight and fat free muscles?

Hi i am 27 years male. very thin. my waist size is 29. i am 5.6 Tall. Can anybody help me out in putting weight and build up fat free muscles? Please give me a daily food menu and tips on exercising.

    Eat lots of protein. You may want to get protein supplements in order to achieve this. Try to shoot for 40% protein, 40% carbohydrates, and 20% fat in your diet, but it doesn’t have to be exact.

    Here is a site with some nutrition tips, although eat more calories than recommended on the site and only eat 5 meals a day since you are having trouble gaining weight:

    As for working out, start with a 3 day routine and move up to a 4 or 5 day routine.

    Search on YouTube for exercises in which you do not know how to execute the proper form. It is important to execute proper form.

    P.S. Don’t buy any crap from the websites I provided. They have plenty of free information on them.
