Can i cut back on the exercise now and expect to lose or atleast maintain weight?

Jeremy asked:

Ive lost about 35 pounds. At the minute i am 145. I am a 16 year old male 5′10 in height. Ive been losing weight for about the past 6-7 months and ive tried to run everyday. I was wondering if it is possible after losing 35 pounds and exercising for 6-7 months that i am able to run a little less ( maybe 5-6 times a week) and still lose weight or just atleast maintain it.

Want to lose weight?

    Want to lose weight?

Count your calories on a typical day, then figure out about how many you burn (approx 100 per mile running) and add the normal 1,500-2,000 your body burns naturally.

    Lose weight fast

    ha yeah.
    Just dont start pigging out.

Keep running though. Its good for your body, heart and all that other good stuff.

But yeah, you can definetely reduce it. I did the same thing.

I lost weight SLOWER, but i still Lost it.

Diet is very important. its pretty much like 75% of everything
