the best one i can recommend is not actually a diet as you dont restricts your self from foods

just dont eat as much carbs drink lots and lots of water eat five small healthy meals a day eat plenty of fruit and veg and try not to snack on crisps and ice cream

do a 1 hr jog a day if you can and also try to fit in some muscle building exercise

and try to get the whole family to do it so your not alone. I suggest doing what this mom did and combining the Acai diet with a cleansing program for the best result</description>
