go ona diet. A real diet. Don’t starve yourself. Exercise. Go to a gym, and consult a personal trainer. You have a couple months to do this so I suggest you start now. also eat healthy foods, and lots of water. try to cut down on the junk and oily foods. you can pig out once your out of boot camp. Good Luck!
Slim down – remove fat
Lots of fruits and veggies, eat only whole grain carbs (no refined flour, it acts like sugar in your bloodstream and makes you fat)….and don’t cut them out drastically, but don’t overdo them either, like two servings a day I think is about right, eat lean protein (boneless skinless chicken breasts, pork, lean fish–baked not fried–even lean cheeses and fat free milk), and make water your best friend (8 glasses a day at least–on days I workout, I tend to get in 10-12, sometimes 14).
March is a ways away…I think you can do it no problem if you stick to your diet. But don’t starve yourself…look online; there are calculators that will tell you how many calories and fat grams to aim for every day. Do an hour of working out every day (I try to walk for a half hour and then ride an exercise bike for another half hour).
