Just started a diet and now i’m constipated what should i do?

I just started the south beach diet and i’ve been constipated for about a week. Anybody experienced this before or have any helpful natural ways to help.

    Fastest Way to Lose Weight

    Take a daily Benifiber regimen. I do that b/c i am gaining weight post-surg and i have to eat lots of high calorie (ie. constipating) foods.
    Benifiber is awesome b/c it’s tasteless and mixes in to almost anything. applesauce works well!

    You aren’t getting enough fiber. Try ReadyFiber. You can find it at GNC. It’s a good one because you only have to take a spoonful for 5 grams and its tasteless. Its like drinking water.

    Sounds like you are not having enough fluids or fiber in your diet

    Sweat takes fluids out of your body this includes the mucus levels in our intestines and other parts of the body

    Use a suppository to make you feel better and then start drinking a lot more water…add fiber to your diet. Try fibersure powder, it is tasteless and low in calories you just stir it into beverages or food.

    It is not healthy to be constipated that long. Try adding more fiber in your diet. Leafy green salads? There are tons of products out there to help. Your Doctor may prescribe a stool softner, like Senna. I have the same problem myself. exercise, and a natural body cleanser I purchased from a local Health Store; works for me. It also releases the toxins I may have stored up when I was constipated. I lost 10 pounds after I used it. May have been alot of water weight; but I am still 10 pounds lighter. And I am not constipated.

    Increase you fruit and vegetable intake. The key vitamin is fiber.

    If your constipation is getting out of hand, then eat some prunes…….and trust me, prunes WILL do the job lol.
