Take a daily Benifiber regimen. I do that b/c i am gaining weight post-surg and i have to eat lots of high calorie (ie. constipating) foods.
Benifiber is awesome b/c it’s tasteless and mixes in to almost anything. applesauce works well!

It is not healthy to be constipated that long. Try adding more fiber in your diet. Leafy green salads? There are tons of products out there to help. Your Doctor may prescribe a stool softner, like Senna. I have the same problem myself. exercise, and a natural body cleanser I purchased from a local Health Store; works for me. It also releases the toxins I may have stored up when I was constipated. I lost 10 pounds after I used it. May have been alot of water weight; but I am still 10 pounds lighter. And I am not constipated.

Increase you fruit and vegetable intake. The key vitamin is fiber.
If your constipation is getting out of hand, then eat some prunes…….and trust me, prunes WILL do the job lol.
