At 5′3 and 106 pounds you are ALREADY Underweight. You are SUPPOSED to weigh 111 to 124 pounds. Maybe having no energy will finally make you understand that you truly don’t need to lose any weight at all, and that you are already perfect the way you are! Eating only 500 calories per day is telling your body that there is a famine. Your body will there for slow down your metabolism which in turn will stop any weight loss This low intake of calories will not even come close to providing enough nutrition to maintain life. Being 5′ 3″ and 106 is an very good combination of weight and height. Why do you think you need to lose that weight? If you continue to eat such a restricted calorie intake you could put yourself at risk for some very serious health problems.
Lose weight, Lose Fat
You are already underweight. You can’t reduce your calories by that level under what your body requires. It puts you in starvation mode and you will stop losing weight.
