I am going to make bread from scratch, can you use fat free milk instead of regular milk?

jonathanehm asked:

I am going to make it from scratch and without a bread machine. Do I have to use whole milk? Or will it be ok to use fat free milk and still get the same results?

    Need to lose weight?

I HAVE USED BOTH AND THEY ARE THE SAME :)

THE FAT DIFFERENCE IS NEGLIGIBLE IN BOTH (0% AND 3%) SO IT’S REALLY A SMALL BIT OF FAT ANYWAYS…WON’T MAKE IT ANY LESS MOIST OR TASTY
