I bruise really easy now that I’ve been dieting. What is my diet laking?

I’ve been dieting now for 3 months. I try to eat very healthy, lots of fruits and veggies. I noticed that recently I bruise very easly now. What is my diet laking?

    You could be possibly lacking in iron. Usually when you grow anemic your body responds by bruising. Try modifying your diet to accommodate more iron based nutrients. Or taking a whole Vitamin with Iron in it. When people diet they should be taking a supplement to avoid lacking in any nutrients or minerals.

    Disclaimer: I’m not a nutritionist. But after a little googling, I’ve discovered that there are substances that act as blood-thinners and can make you bruise more easily. Take a look at this list: St. John’s Wort, NSAIDS (like aspirin or ibuprofen), green tea, Vitamin E, ginko, and ginseng. Do you consume a lot of any of these?

    If not, my only idea is to take a multivitamin and to see your doctor if it doesn’t go away.

    it only means one thing. when you are on a diet. to maintain body dietary model,
    first, remember that your body needs to relax and exercise since eating good food has its side effects.
    2nd, you need meat. lean portion of meat, no fats. low cholesterol. since meat provides you with enough protein enrichment
    3rd, positive thinking.when you think positively, your body believes in what your mind believe.

    luckily, i found some notes and articles that i can add it here. ive added quite a few.
