Or taking a whole Vitamin with Iron in it. When people diet they should be taking a supplement to avoid lacking in any nutrients or minerals.

Disclaimer: I’m not a nutritionist. But after a little googling, I’ve discovered that there are substances that act as blood-thinners and can make you bruise more easily. Take a look at this list: St. John’s Wort, NSAIDS (like aspirin or ibuprofen), green tea, Vitamin E, ginko, and ginseng. Do you consume a lot of any of these?
If not, my only idea is to take a multivitamin and to see your doctor if it doesn’t go away.
