Losing weight without starving yourself
Weight watchers worked for me! Im 5foot 1 and 23yrs old. i weighed at my most 167, and now im down to 113lbs. It really is so easy to do, and all you have to do is pay around 30.00 to get the kit to get started, and thats it! you can continue to go to the meetings if you want, but I didnt. All I can say, is that it trully works!
Lose weight fast
a healthy weight goal for your height, depending upon your build and muscle mass, would probably be between 120 and 140. adding fruit is a great start. also, pay attention to how much alcohol you drink because drinks are almost always loaded with calories. really pay attention to portion sizes. i know that cutting back to a normal portion size on things like pasta can seem extreme (where a serving is about a half or a cup), but it really makes a big difference in the amount of food you consume.
if you need more help figuring what and how much to eat, you might want to try a diet like the zone or weight watchers. i don’t really think it’s necessary, but i know a lot of people who enjoy and benefit from the structure. i would really suggest counting calories if that’s what you mainly struggle with – even if it’s only for the very beginning. 1200-1500 calories a day is pretty standard for weightloss plans. you should probably aim to lose about 1-2 pounds per week, so you need to cute 3500 – 7000 calories a week. that means you need to eat 500-1000 fewer calories a day. i know that might sound intimidating, but cutting out things like soda (if that’s difficult try replacing it with diet) and mixing juices with part water. also, eat more filling foods – lots of fiber will keep you feeling full longer. a lot of people suggest eating five small meals a day but i’m in college and i know how difficult that is – usually it ends up being two huge meals. if it helps, plan out what you will eat the next day and when.

Diet: You really need to see a nutritionist as this is a HUGE question with a LONG answer….to start, I see you said “less” junk food, and if you’re serious about losing weight, you really need to omit junk food all together, along with simple sugars/carbs, sugary drinks and soda (including diet). You can get more info on this by researching online, reading books, etc. Start incorporating healthier snacks like almonds, apple w/ peanut butter, etc. so you don’t starve and get tempted to eat junk. If you mean business ransack your home and dump/donate ALL unhealthy foods/drinks TODAY!
Ideas? Personally, I’d start by keeping my calories btw 1600-1700 calories with 3 small meals & 2-3 snacks a day. My exercise would consist of 60 mins of cardio 4-5x week and strength training 2-3x week. For cardio, running burns the fat off really well, but if that’s too challenging, go for a brisk walk. Too hard on the joints? Swim. Bored? Take a dance class, play a sport, go for a hike, etc. I’d start with a home gym with free weights/dumbbells and an exercise ball to start. I find workout videos are a GREAT way to get started in the privacy of your own home…(ex. netflix, blockbuster, etc.). There are some great cardio and strength training video out there.

I stopped excersizing, and I started to lose weight..
