How much should I weigh? Weight loss advice?

I’m a male who is 15 and a half, and I’m 5′11″. How much would be a healthy weight for me? I KNOW I’m overweight and i want to knock a few off so any advice? Tips on how to stop SNACKING would be best!

    Well i would say somewhere around maybe….. say 120-130 (check the bmi im not sure) try snacking on nuts and get outside and off the computer

    it depends on your body frame and your muscle mass. But i reccomend running a mile or two every day. as for your snacking problem try nuts, fruits, or protien bars or something else thats good for you.
