If i go on an intensive diet, once I reach my goal will my body now be more enclined to gaining weight?

Angsty asked:

Let’s say I diet very hard. Then, after 2 months or so, reach my goal. Then eat strictly the quantity recommended for my eight to maintain my weight. Will I still gain fat because my body is used to very little food?

    Lose weight, Lose Fat

I honestly don’t know, but I think it would depend on how long you diet… Because if you think about it, it would only do that if your body became really use to it. I don’t know if 2 months is long enough to get use to it or not… :( Sorry.
