My friend is doing a crazy diet I need some advice for her?

The best thing she can do is going to the nutriologist or with her doctor.
Otherwise, she’ll have an unbalanced diet, so she won`t get the nutritional substances that she needs and also she could suffer what we in Mexico call “rebote” (rebound), that is, when you lower your weight but few weeks or months later, you recover the weight you lost and also a little more =S.
Besides, a diet cannot do all by itself, your friend needs to have an exercise program, otherwise she will lose weight with an accurate diet, but she won’t be in her perfect shape.

she prolly would get sick cuz u need other vitamins and nutrients fpor ur body and an apple doesnt have all of them
i walk 1 hr everyday and then i do an hour of exercisin like sit ups and all that, i started eating less junk food and eatin smaller portions and not only have i lost weight but i feel healthier and better
popcorn is prolly 1 of the best snacks u can have cuz it has the least cals
and exercising makes u lose weight, especially cardio

How to Lose Weight
I doubt apples have enough nutritional value to sustain someone for very long. So yes, she can get very sick. Her hair will become very thin and brittle, her fingernails will break, her skin will become listless, her eyes dull, she could develop dental issues… all from malnutrition. So if she’s trying to crash diet to be “prettier,” she’s definitely not going to get what she’s looking for. She needs to be eating at least 1,500 calories a day, and needs to get more protein.
Popcorn is actually a very healthy snack as long as you aren’t loading it up with butter and other fattening toppings. I like to pop mine fresh on the stove (no microwave stuff!) in a little olive oil and sprinkle a little seasoning salt on it. Yes, exercising can make you gain weight because you’re gaining muscle mass- that’s a good thing! Its a sign you’re getting fit and toned. Don’t focus on the numbers on the scale but rather how your clothes are fitting. That is much more important!
