You’d be better off fat than trying an unhealthy diet that will end up backfiring and causing you more problems than just being “fat”

Lose weight now – Stay slim forever

Meat and eggs for a week. Then add in vegetables the next week.
Basically no carbs. Make sure you drink a lot of water though.

Weight watchers works good too, but it takes longer.

Don’t diet, don’t “not eat”, and don’t make yourself throw up. Because- not eating will result in bingeing and your body will store more fat.
Instead, make healthier choices (wheat bread and pasta, veggies, fruit, lean meats, protein and lots of water). Exercise will also help a lot, even if it’s just a little each day.

The cheeseburger/donut diet. Basically, you eat nothing but cheeseburgers and donuts(they give you energy, protein and a bunch of other stuff). Just not too much. Exercise a lot, and you should loose weight.

-This might sound crazy but if you exercise, a lot you should see the pounds disappear.
