    Slim down – remove fat

What? Hey I am starving here. Eating only brown rice, wheat or pumpernickel bread, wheat spaghetti, white chicken breat and turkey, beans, tuna/salmon fish, sorbet, egg beaters, lots of olive oil and veggies plus lots of fruit, and I am wanting a pizza or steak & cheese right now!

All so that I can watch my “saturated fats” and cholesterol intake because we were told that it is important to have your cholesterol readings below 200. It use to be that 200 was okay, but now it has to be below it. Can someone just tell us the truth!!!!
