What is the most effective diet for getting cut lean muscle and shedding fat?

the diet i had in mind is one that can be done by grocery shopping. i also workout to the extreme and play ice hockey. all i need is a Diet that will help me achieve my goal; lean cut muscle, with no excess fat. but which diet is the best for this?? -thank you so much! (=

    Exercise and Weight Loss

    Elizabeth: EAT NO MEAT OR BREAD! Just eat veggies, fruit, or dairy junk. Also keep ecsersizing!If you MUST, you can eat 1 piece of meat a month- NO BREAD WHATSOEVER! And do weight lifting and run the mile every day. Lissie?

    Lose weight, Lose Fat

    first of all dont say your going on a diet, by saying your going ON a diet is admitting that you will come off the diet, and therefore go back to the way you ate before, which is the reason you want to lose weight

    try a lifestyle change
